snapcarts.com services. By using these services, you acknowledge
that you have agreed to become legally bound by these terms and conditions. If
you do not wish to be bound by these terms and conditions, you may not access or
otherwise use these services.

SnapCarts.com Self Serve Virtual Tours:

A Snapcarts.com virtual tour consists of up to 8 still images. Additional
photos uploaded by the Realtor/Photographer will result in a $2 charge per
image. A maximum of 40 photos may be applied to a Snapcarts.com virtual tour.
All tours are created using your photos and are then processed by our graphics
department into a Windows Media File (movie). All music on the tour will be
computer generated on the fly and is designed to adjust to fit the number of
minutes/seconds that each tour uses. We cannot add your music because of the
variance in the length of each tour.
Once a tour is processed, it will be posted to a unique Internet address on
the Snapcarts.com website. The URL to the tour will be sent to the email address
provided in your Snapcarts.com member admin. This URL may be used to create a
link from your own personal website or any website showing your listing. An IDX
version of the tour is also generated without your contact information for use
by other realtors wishing to show their client your listing.
Snapcarts.com will arrange the images in the order you entered into the form. It is important to correctly name each image and
place them in the order that you would like them to be presented. The
first 5 images will be displayed on the Snapcarts.com virtual tour Printable
Brochure. So if you have 30 photos and the pool would normally be shown near the
end of the tour, you should still load it in the first 5 slots if you want it on
the Brochure. Take the 5 most important photos of the 30 and put them in the
first 5 slots so it displays of the Brochure, and make a note of where it should
be in the scene order in the additional information box provided.
Snapcarts.com will not normally alter the scene order unless the order is
very non-logical. Unless there is gross mis-interpretation of the order of
scenes, the scenes will not be re-processed without an extra $10 charge being
applied to your account. Please make good notes in the "extra information"
section of the virtual tour order form.
All Snapcarts.com virtual tours will include the ability to download the movie
files to your desktop. All Snapcarts.com virtual tours use the world's most
popular media player, Windows Media Player. The vast majority of people will
be able to view our virtual tours with no problem, however some may have to
visit the "Tour Help" page and download the latest version of Windows Media
Player, others may need a current copy of Java installed on their computer. On
rare occasions a user's computer may have other issues such as corrupted files,
hardware issues, operating system problems etc. that are out of the control of
Snapcarts.com. We do not provide tech support beyond the help page. If a client
has a computer related problem such as those stated above that keeps them from
viewing this popular media format, it is beyond our control. In these rare
occasions the user should contact a computer technician to resolve the issue. No
refunds will be issued due to viewing problems.
The photos will be processed once credit card payment has been made. The virtual
tour will be posted to the Snapcarts.com website and emailed to you once the
images have been processed.
The Snapcarts.com virtual tour will become inactive one year after the date produced. The tour can be reactivated at that time for $30.
If the MLS number for a listing changes and needs to be reposted to the new
MLS number on Realtor.com there will be a charge of $25.
Snapcarts.com reserves all rights to update these Terms and Conditions at any
time.

The tour will be posted to Realtor.com if the listing is currently active on
Realtor.com. All tours posted to Realtor.com are attached to the listing's MLS
number. We cannot post a tour until the listing appears on Realtor.com.
Snapcarts.com is not responsible for any delays that are the result of missing
or incorrect information It is agent’s responsibility to assure the
listing is on Realtor.com
We only post virtual tour links, we are not responsible for getting still images
onto MLS or other websites.
Snapcarts.com has the ability to post directly to Realtor.com. In order to post
an agent’s virtual tour, the listing needs to be on this site and Snapcarts.com
must have the necessary information to post the home (MLS number, correct
address, etc.) There is a $25.00 posting fee to post to Realtor.com. When
posting to Realtor.com, this generally takes 24 hours from the time that the
tour is posted on Snapcarts.com.
